Justin leads USD's expansion into new markets and the growth of its stadium-anchored development platform. He works closely with clubs, municipalities, and investment partners to advance projects from early planning through execution, aligning facilities and surrounding districts with long-term community and economic value. Justin also serves in a C-level leadership role with the United Soccer League.
Dean leads the strategic direction of USD's real estate development business, including acquisitions, municipal incentives and financing, joint venture structures, capital strategy, partner reporting, and long-term development planning. He brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience as an attorney, broker, and developer, licensed in Illinois and a commercial managing broker in seven states.
